RECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a Co-Sponsorship Agreement with ReWrite the BiLine for the "Bi+ Narratives in Film, TV, and the Arts" panel to be held in the West Hollywood City Council Chambers on Friday, September 19, 2025; 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute documents incident to the Agreement; 3) Authorize the use of the City name and logo on invitations, programs, and other collateral materials; 4) Waive the Facility Use Fee for the use of the West Hollywood City Council Chambers ($390); 5) Waive parking at the 5-story parking structure for an estimated 100 attendees ($1,028); and 6) Direct the Communications Department to utilize all appropriate communication tools to promote the event.
