Motion by Vice Mayor Heilman, seconded by Councilmember Erickson, to approve staff recommendations including directing staff to return with recommendations to address stalled developments, vacancies, homelessness concerns, and public safety within the Rainbow District, and to solicit input from the LGBTQ+ Commission

Motion by Vice Mayor Heilman, seconded by Councilmember Erickson, to direct staff to reinstate and incorporate businesses to co-sponsor Go-Go Dancer Appreciation Day as an annual event and return with additional information

WEHO PRIDE RELATED AGREEMENTS AND 2025 PLANNING UPDATES [Y. QUARKER, C. SMITH, M. REATH, K. MCCORMACK]

The City Council will receive an update on 2025 WeHo Pride planning and will approve an Agreement for Services related to traffic control services for the 2025 event. The City Council will also consider amending JJLA’s Production Services Agreement and extending its commitment to permit the OUTLOUD Music Festival (OUTLOUD) and the WeHo Pride Parade through 2030.  The City Council will also consider WeHo Pride’s participation in WorldPride 2025.
