RECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement for Services with Universal Protection Service, LP DBA Allied Universal Security Services, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $4,275,000 in FY 2025-26 and $5,814,000 in FY 2026-27 for a total twenty-one (21) month term of $10,089,000, with the ability to extend the contract for up to one (1) additional year for up to three (3) consecutive years;
