What's proposed
The applicant is requesting to demolish all existing structures and parking lots across three neighboring properties, combine them into one project site, and build a new seven-story building that would include both housing and a hotel.

What the Commission will decide
The commission will hold a public hearing and consider the request related to this project, including a draft resolution prepared by staff.
