Council approved UPDATE TO THE CITY’S FLAG POLICY AND DISPLAY OF THE PROGRESS FLAG [J. HEILMAN, Y. QUARKER, A. LOVANO, J. DEL TORO, J. CARTER] - Adopt Resolution No. 25-_____: “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD AMENDING THE FLAG POLICY”, which will replace the Lambda Pride Flag currently on display in the Santa Monica Boulevard medians with the Progress Flag. SUBJECT: The City Council will consider adopting a Resolution to update the City’s flag policy to remove the displayed Lambda Pride Flag from the Santa Monica Boulevard medians and replace it with the Progress Flag. RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 25-_____: “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD AMENDING THE FLAG POLICY”, which will replace the Lambda Pride Flag currently on display in the Santa Monica Boulevard medians with the Progress Flag.
